PreambleThis site is the property of Climat Mundi in its entirety, including all rights and everything relating to it. Acceptance of general conditions of saleThe customer affirms having read the general conditions of sale contained on this page at the time of placing his/her order and in doing so states expressly his/her complete acceptance of them. 2. ServicesClimat Mundi, with the aid of its collaborators, provides customers with offsets for the carbon emissions produced by said customers. Customers’ emissions are calculated on the Climatmundi.fr website on the webpage ‘Total sum of your CO2 emissions’ under the heading ‘Customers order’. Climat Mundi funds projects on behalf of customers that will reduce concentrations of greenhouse gas in the atmosphere allowing customers to offset their emissions. Climat Mundi chooses the projects it funds anywhere in the world. Customers possess no property rights over these projects. 3. Revocation The client has the right to revoke his/her order within a period of 7 days. 4. PricePrices are given in euros as stipulated on the page "Total sum of your CO2 emissions". Prices indicated are final and include VAT charges for France and the EU. 5. PaymentThe price charged to the customer is payable in total from and including the day the customer’s order is placed. 6. DisputesThe current contract is governed by French law. Complaints and disputes will be considered with all due respect, and always on the assumption that the customer who takes the trouble to protest does so in good faith. In case of a dispute the customer should first contact the company to try to come to an amicable agreement. 7. Legal informationDisclosing personal data for the purposes of purchasing by mail order over the Internet is obligatory. Such data is essential in order to be able to process customer orders and make out bills. Non-disclosure of personal data will lead to non-validation of an order. In accordance with the Computer and Freedoms Law, the processing of customers’ personal is subject to a declaration auprès de la Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL). Under article 34 of said law dating from 6 January 1978, the customer reserves e client dispose (article 34 de la loi du 6 janvier 1978) the right of individual access to, amendment and/or suppression of your personal data, which Climat Mundi has been compelled to retain for the purposes of processing your order. Climat Mundi respects the confidentiality of its customers and will not pass on any personal data to a third party.
